alritess.I'm at rach's house right now,cause mummy & daddy are not in s'pore.okayys.and i'm staying till tuesday.yayness!!but that means NO going out!! today's service was like *wosh!!* JUST great!i seriously felt that there was a need for me to listen to that message.why?beacause i've drifted away from my walk with God and i NEED to stick close to him.and pastor gerry quoted the parable of the LOST son.i felt that YES!it's true many people are just like the lost son.thinking that they are SO great.they can do all things without any help.they only care about themselves and NOT others.some even relate to being LOST and not aware of what's happening around them.BUT what the story meant to me was that God is ALWAYS.there to recieve us back into his arms whenever we want to come back to the FIRST love we had for Him.He is ALWAYS willing to forgive us no matter what.so thats what the story really meant to me.what about you??just read the parable and different things will pop into you each time you read it with a different type of heart.check on your inside and see what you are made for. okayy.i seriously think this is gonna become the sermon soon so yes i shall start on a new one after this is posted.lol |
